As part of my photographic journey, I decided to join in on organised model shoots. The purpose was to meet wonderful people. I met some beautiful women and some great guys. Then of course I also met the models. It was amazing to me that these shoots are more about the friends you make, the hard work of great organisers, and fumbling with the technical issues that arise in each unique and challenging situation. Without these great people my photography would be a little poorer. Here it is important for me to mention the main organiser Sharlene Senekal. This is not her primary job, but she is amazing at organising venues, models, facebook and whatsapp groups. She is also great at getting behind the scenes images.
